Ask yourself this question: how do you wash your hair?

Are you simply put the shampoo on the top of your hair after you rinse your hair? If your answer is yes, then you are making a huge mistake!

Shampoo

Shampoo as all we know, contains either alkaline or acidic chemical. Once you put the shampoo directly on the top of your hair, it will penetrate your natural hair follicles and causing harm to your scalp.

No matter how natural your shampoo is (other than the organic shampoo which you make it yourself), contains more or less the same chemical to provide the lustrous look and to wash the residue of the dirt and dandruff.

Therefore, wet your scalp first, then put the shampoo on your palm, gently rubbing it to foam and later you can start washing your hair. This is the correct way. As the shampoo has foaming with water, it becomes ph neutral and harmless to your scalp.

Next, gently massage your scalp with your fingertips. Remember, don’t scratch your scalp no matter how itchy or oily there are, you would make matter worse.

Hair conditioner

Let the shampoo rinse for a few second, then wash it away. If you putting the hair conditioner on, remember put it on below the ear level. Do not put it on the top or near your scalp as the conditioner will tend to hurt your scalp (if you have sensitive scalp). Even if you don’t, it is also unwise to do it.

Hair conditioner tends to block your hair cell if you put it on the scalp. Once it blocks, your scalp will become unhealthy and will cause problems to your hair.

Hair Dryer

If it is possible, I would recommend not using hair dryer. It is better to dry your hair with natural wind or fans. Why would I say that? The heat from the hair dryer will directly destroy your hair protective layer and split end will be one of the results.
